Summer has arrived, who is ready to sip on a nice cup of chilled Bubble Tea to quench your thirst on a warm sunny day?
What do we know about Bubble (Boba) Tea? The concept of “Boba” has been well known from the late 80’s. Taiwan was well known for the consumption of milk tea and the east asian culture was also well known for the consumption of shaved ice and tapioca balls as dessert. Eventually the combination these three ingredients layered on top of each other gave birth to the concept of “Bubble Tea”.
Well, We all know what is “Bubble Tea”, but does anyone know how a perfectly delicious cup of Bubble Tea is formed? It’s just a combination of some chewy pearls, a well balanced flavour of tea and a touch of bliss once you sip on it.
